What is your shipping policy?

All our products are shipped 2nd class with the Royal Mail or International Standard post. We usually only post twice a week. So if you need something sooner please feel free to email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We can handwrite your cards for you at no extra charge.

Where Is everything made?

We design and package everything from our small studio in Somerset. Our printing is done by a small independent family business in Staffordshire.

Can I exchange or refund?

Warranty: If you are unsatisfied with an item you have the right to return it within 14 days of purchase. We are more than happy to exchange items eg if it is not the right size/colour. Goods must reach us with original packaging and in the condition you received them in.

We are unable to refund/exchange goods that have been damaged at the customer's end. Please see our contact details for the return address. Refunds will be in the form of the original payment.
